Time to find your second wind and ensure you wrap up this week the best way possible!  Embrace this Summer-time sun and take your workout outside!  Travel to a new neighborhood or check out the nearest park, or beach to get your sweat on!

  • 1 mile warm up run
  • then hit the hills (my favorite is Bruce‚Äôs Beach in North Manhattan) ….6x sprinting up, side shuffling down
  • 1 mile jog to get home
  • 50 jumping jacks

  • a big deep breath, 10 mins of yoga flow and a super positive attitude to get you through the rest of the week!
