That’s right, kick that Diet Coke to the curb and start training your taste buds to recognize the flavor of real food!  Start by reduce the amount of sugar you add to your meals or replacing sweets and processed foods with fresh fruit.

Get Moving!

Even if it’s just a 15 minute walk with the pup, or a series of body weight , low-impact cardio moves….or even a few dynamic yoga poses.  Make a commitment to move that bod!
